An ode to the struggling human being

There we are.

All alone on a floating sphere in an infinitely large universe.

We have no idea what the intention is and no one explains anything to us.

For years we were able to do whatever we wanted.

Eating, drinking, partying;

But now that the world seems to be gradually moving towards the abyss, we will have to grow up collectively. We have to control ourselves. Curb.

And that is exactly what Martijn Crins has been struggling with all his life.

In his second program Hè Fijn he battles his urges. Honest, brutal and completely idiosyncratic, he takes a hard look into the dark corner of our existence.
